Few years back i did a crushed used spraycan series.. called it the “kimik series”.. (kimik/kemek.. the meaning is similar to crush, dent.. something like that).. its where i took my used empty spraycans.. hammer it as flat as i can.. then paint something on it..

I wanted to do more after that.. but i find it hard to paint on the surface.. it because of the small size, the rough texture and because i had to hammer the cans manually (freaking hard work/ I'm just lazy) hahaha.. its a fun personal project tho.. but i didn't quite get the satisfaction creating em.. i think its because of the rough surface an took some time with the prep..
Been trying new method.. during this lockdown.. i decide to cut the cans open and tada.. a flat surface.. swipe ⏩..
Oh.. painted this using the mtn water based..
